PaddyO's Overnight Oats Pots

  • Base Mix:
  • 1 kg PaddyO's Oats - Low Sugar Muesli Mix
  • 1 ltr Apple Juice
  • 2 x 450 g Pots of Vanilla Whole Fat Yoghurt (or natural yoghurt)
  • 500 ml Low Fat Milk
  • Toppings:
  • Summer Fruits: Fresh Whole Raspberries, Blackberries and Chopped Strawberries
  • Blueberry and Chia Seed: About 10 Fresh Blueberries and 5g of Chia Seeds
  • Toasted Granola: PaddyO's Fruit and Seed Granola, about 30g

1.Place the PaddyO's oat mix, apple juice and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well together. Pour in half the milk and stir. Keep adding milk until you reach the desired consistency. 2. Spoon into plastic pots until 3/4 full. 3. Place the topping on top of the mixture to fill the pot. 4. There are 3 varieties: - Summer Fruits Overnight Oats. - Blueberry and Chia Seed Overnight Oats. - Toasted Granola Overnight Oats. 5. Place the lid on top and refrigerate.
