Lemon and Herb Chicken and Antipasti Skewers

Ingredients
  • Serves 10 (2 skewers per portion)
  • 15 g Schwartz Lemon and Herb Wings Seasoning
  • 500 g Diced Chicken
  • 2 Red Peppers, diced
  • 2 Yellow Peppers, diced
  • 20 ml Oil
  • 200 g (20 slices) Salami
  • 20 Olives, stoned
Method

1. Toss the chicken and peppers in the oil and add the Schwartz Lemon and Herb Seasoning. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. 2. Assemble the skewers with cooked chicken, then diced peppers and salami and finish with an olive. 3. Serve while the chicken is still hot.
