Lemon and Herb Asparagus Pasta Salad with Parmesan

  • Serves 10
  • 35 g Schwartz Lemon and Herb Wing Seasoning
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Asparagus, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 200 ml Creme Fraiche
  • 200 ml Mayonnaise
  • 50 ml White Wine Vinegar
  • 125 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Half fill a large pan with water and bring it to the boil. Blanch the pasta until it is al dente. Drain and refresh. 2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the asparagus pieces until tender. 3. To make the dressing, combine the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and Schwartz Lemon and Herb Wing Seasoning. Add the parmesan and season to taste, then mix together with the pasta and asparagus. 4. Serve cold.
