1. Blend Old Bay Seasoning, onion powder and dill weed. Set aside.
2. Place the salmon fillet skin side down on a greased baking pan; lightly brush the surface with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the fillet. Bake in a preheated 450℉ oven until the internal temperature reaches 145℉, or for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness.
3. Serve warm.
