Jade Bridge Oyster Sauce is a thick, black sauce with a sweet and salty flavour. This sauce is made from oysters cooked with salt, sugar and soy sauce. Cornstarch is then added to thicken the sauce. Oyster sauce is commonly used in Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine.
